Article 1. Installation basis and purpose for video equipment
The video equipment is installed and operated for following purposes according to Article 25 Act 1 of Privacy Act.
- - Facility safety and fire prevention
- - Crime prevention for customer safety
※ It is possible to install and operate video equipment according to Article 6 Act 1 of "Parking lot operation policies" when the parking lot accommodates more than 30 vehicles.

Article 4. Video equipment treatment consignment
To execute service, we consign following video equipment management, and make policies accordingly so that personal information can be managed safely based on the related laws on the consignment contract.

Article 5. Filming period, retention period, retention location and dealing methods of video information

Dealing method : We document and manage usage other than personal video information purpose, provision to 3rd party, deletion, and access request. On the expiration of retention period, the data is deleted permanently so that retrieving is impossible(shred or burn in case of printed matter).
Article 6. Terms confirming method and location of personal video information
- - Access method : You may access after contacting personnel with access authority for video of the hotel ahead of time and visit.
- - Access location : Departments that allow CCTV view (security office etc.)
Article 7. Measures for video information access and other request by subject of the video
You may ask the video equipment manager for access, confirming existence or deletion of personal video information. However, this is limited to necessary personal video information for clear life, body, and property benefits of the subject or yourself captured on the video. When the request for access to personal video information, confirming existence, or deletion is received, we will take necessary measures immediately.
Article 8. Securing video information safety
The video information processed by the hotel is managed safely through encryption and other methods. Also we provide separate clearance levels to personal information as a management method for personal image information protection and manage the video data by documenting the purpose, person, and date of access in order to prevent forgery and falsification of personal video information. Additionally, there are locking mechanisms for safe physical keepings.
This video operation and management policy has been enacted on September 19th 2014. In case of addition, deletion, or changes in content due to change in security technology or changes in related laws or policies, there will be an announcement on the homepage regarding changed content and reasons at least 7 days before enactment.
